At KNSP we offer a multitude of flexible services to help you reach your goal. From in person 1 on 1 sessions to online group classes, we want to make it easy for you to stay on the top of your game. Our options are designed to fit around your needs and schedule, whether your path includes one or multiple services we offer. 1 on 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Fully customizable to each athlete’s desire
1 on 1 sessions are in person and are goal focused based on each individual's needs. We design a well rounded program that will take you down the path in achieving your objective. Regardless of your level, we will assess your starting point and your needs, then help you climb the ladder of success.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group with BIG motivation
Our small groups consist of 3-6 people who are at a comparable level of each other and share similar goals. Whether it’s for strength, speed & agility, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), or functional sports training, we can design a suitable program for the group.
LARGER GROUP CLINICS
The larger group clinics consist of 6 people or more and usually have a more general focus for a bigger skillset group. In these classes, there are usually a combination of stations that are made up of functional exercises, speed & agility, and sports specific skills.
LIVE ZOOM WORKOUT CLASSES
Zoom home workouts are designed to keep the athletes on track, even if they can’t physically make it into the gym.
These workouts can be done with full or limited equipment at home, sometimes just using household items to supplement for weights. By joining the live class, athletes can workout along with others in the community, whether in the gym or at home as well. Simply sign up or email for the Zoom link.
RECORDED WORKOUT CLASSES
Consistency is key, even if you can’t be there in person
If you aren't able to make it to the live Zoom class, we will have them recorded and saved in an archive for a limited time. You can follow along with the recording to stay consistent when it's most convenient for you.
1 on 1 ZOOM LESSONS
Dialed in programing at a distance
Even at a distance, we want to ensure each person has access to 1 on 1 training. This session is held over Zoom and includes guided workouts specific to each person goals. Along with the workout, we discuss the nutritional plan as well as what each person can be doing on their own in conjunction with the Zoom session.
